Policy Against Unsolicited Advertising
Eric Sherman Health Insurance prohibits advertising or promoting eshealth.net and coveragewitheric.com through unsolicited email. This policy applies to the owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, and any third parties promoting these websites on our behalf.
Promotional emails may be sent only when documented permission authorizes email contact by our business. For inquiries supplied by third-party lead providers, we require documentation of the original form disclosure and permission. A form ID or purchased lead record alone does not establish permission.
Every promotional email must clearly identify the sender and provide a clear, working way to stop further promotional emails. Opt-out requests must be honored promptly. Recipients who opt out must not be contacted with further promotional emails unless they provide renewed permission.
